Krystal Gaboury Berrini joined CamberView as a Principal in 2013, advising companies on governance matters including executive compensation, shareholder proposals and director withhold campaigns. Prior to joining CamberView, Krystal led governance research, engagement and voting activities at Wellington Management Company. Previously, she was a Principal on the governance team of State Street Global Advisors and served as a Senior Associate at Tapestry Networks, where she worked with Fortune 500® directors on Compensation Committee and Audit Committee best practices.

Allie Rutherford joined CamberView as a Principal in 2015, advising companies on governance matters including engagement, board composition and structure, executive compensation, and shareholder proposals. Prior to joining CamberView, Allie served as a Director at EY (Ernst & Young, LLP) helping to establish the Center For Board Matters and engaging boards, management teams and investors on governance, environmental and social topics. Previously, she advised investors on proxy voting and governance topics as Vice President of Research for Proxy Governance and served as Deputy Director of Governance Research at the Investor Responsibility Research Center (now Institutional Shareholder Services).

Derek Zaba joined CamberView as a Principal in 2014.  In addition to advising companies on governance matters, including executive compensation, Derek is the co-head of the firm's Contested Situations practice which encompasses long and short activism defense as well as contested and complex M&A. Prior to joining CamberView, Derek served as a Partner at Voce Capital Management, a value-driven, governance-focused activist investor; as an investment professional at Scoggin Capital Management, an event–driven hedge fund; and as a corporate attorney at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz.

Rob Zivnuska joined CamberView as a Principal in 2013, advising companies on governance matters including shareholder activism, shareholder proposals and executive compensation. Prior to joining CamberView, Rob served as Head of BlackRock's Americas Corporate Governance and Responsible Investment team.  Previously, he worked as a lawyer with Skadden Arps, counseling companies on mergers, acquisitions, financing and governance issues.
